This wood species is considered one of the American exotics and is prized among furniture builders and cabinetmakers across the country. This piece was harvested from a tree service company that had removed the tree because it was endangering a house that was more than 150 years old in Northwest, GA. This form has a wonderful shape and beautiful grain features.
