3.75” tall by 13.25” diameter. Actually a juniper, and not a true cedar, this species is an evergreen and is among my favorite woods to work with. The pleasing aroma while working with it, and the beautiful contrast between the lighter colored sapwood and the darker colored heartwood, not to mention the grain movement, all contribute to the pleasure of working with cedar. This piece is perfect and has a wonderful charcoal black rim with a dash of gold. You will notice a small, decorative foot to give this piece a deserved rise.
